I'm Kelly Forrest, founder of ForHome Organising i’m a single mum from North East England with 26 years in project management, transformation, and operational delivery. I've managed office moves, tech rollouts, global transformation, and new operating models. I aim to combine my organisational expertise with my passion for helping others.
