Storage Solutions
If you’d like me to source and purchase storage items on your behalf, a 10% sourcing fee is applied based on the total value of the items purchased.

Travel
Travel within a 10 mile radius of Darlington is included at no extra charge. For travel outside these areas, a rate of 40p per mile will be applied to cover fuel and travel time.

After our telephone conversation, we can arrange either a video call or a home visit so I can accurately assess the work required and provide you with a tailored quote. I prefer in-person visits, as they allow me to get a better sense of what might be hidden behind furniture, in drawers, or cupboards. However, if you have a specific budget in mind, we can absolutely work within your means and prioritise the tasks that matter most to you.
